Application Technician and Installation Engineer for Product Training (m/f/d)

We are looking for an additional team member to provide practical training and technical support for our professional partners.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for our customers and specialist partners in the proper installation of our products.
• You convey the necessary work steps in a practical way directly on the construction site – using the „training on the job“ principle.
• You accompany installations in Germany and other European countries.
• You support with technical questions and find practical solutions together with the stakeholders.
• You ensure that our products are processed and installed in accordance with the technical specifications.
• You identify potential sources of error and pass on your experiences from deployments to our internal points of contact.
• Outside of your field service assignments, you also work on special projects within our production.
• You will support our development and research team in building and practically testing new solutions.

You're bringing that.

• You have completed a technical or trade apprenticeship.
• Knowledge or professional experience in plant construction, tank construction, or plastics technology would be advantageous.
• You have a good technical understanding and can explain practical workflows clearly.
• You work reliably, carefully, and with a high standard of quality.
• You have a quick grasp of things and can adapt well to new tasks and changing conditions.
• You present yourself in a friendly, confident, and approachable manner to customers and professional partners.
• You enjoy working in a team, but can also organise your assignments independently.
• You are practical, hands-on, and don't mind getting your hands dirty at work.
• You are prepared to travel within Germany and other European countries for around 20 weeks per year, involving overnight stays away from home.
• You possess a valid Category B driving licence.
• Basic English skills are desirable. You can further develop your language skills with us through practical application and targeted support.
