Anyone storing substances hazardous to water bears a special responsibility. For over 50 years, FENOTEC has been developing certified leak detection systems for a wide variety of tank systems – from fuel and heating oil tanks to chemical tanks, as well as solutions for rainwater and service water, and small sewage treatment plants.
Our leak protection linings prevent corrosion damage, detect leaks early, and permanently protect floors, groundwater, and operations. Each lining is individually manufactured, tested, and installed by certified specialist companies.
Areas of application for our leak detection systems
Fuel tanks
Fuels place high demands on material, leak-tightness and safety. FENOTEC leak detection systems are used worldwide in underground tank systems and offer reliable protection for modern fuel blends. Double-walled systems with integrated leak monitoring ensure maximum safety – even during ongoing operation.
Heating oil tanks
Leaking heating oil tanks do not need to be replaced. Existing tanks can be safely refurbished with a FENOTEC leak protection liner – economically, legally compliant, and without interrupting heating. The double-walled design with automatic leak monitoring meets all requirements according to WHG and AwSV.
Chemical tanks
Chemicals require special care. For each application, we check material compatibility and develop a perfectly fitting leak protection lining. This allows chemical tanks to be safely repaired or preventatively protected – without replacing the system and with regulatory approval.
AdBlue and AHL
AdBlue and liquid fertilisers are sensitive to temperature, materials and contaminants. FENOTEC leak protection systems are specifically designed for these media and ensure chemically compatible, durable and legally compliant storage – even for existing tanks.
Rainwater and greywater
Rainwater and greywater systems make an important contribution to conserving resources. With our leak protection linings, you can permanently secure tanks against leaks and corrosion – for sustainable, hygienic, and economical use.
Small sewage treatment plants and sewage holding tanks
Leaky small-scale sewage treatment plants and septic tanks can be efficiently refurbished using the FENOSAFE-LINER. The robust membrane lining is made to measure and installed without welding – ensuring permanently leak-proof operation with minimal effort.
Tank room lining
Not only the tank, but also the tank room must be reliably sealed. FENOTEC tank room linings secure existing rooms from the inside, avoid complex renovations and meet all relevant legal requirements. Ideal for cellar and industrial facilities.
